PhD subject: Mechanisms involved in horizontal transfers of genetic material between insects
This PhD is organised into three axes:
- Study the influence of sympatry in horizontal transfers between insects
- Viruses as vectors for horizontal transfers of transposable elements between moths
- Characterize horizontal transfers of DNA circles from a parasitic wasp to the genomes of targeted or not targeted lepidopterans
