EGCE scientists participated in the Science Festival in the IDEEV building. Friday the 6th of October IDEEV opened its doors to classes and sunday the 8th of October afternoon to the general audience. There were meeting with scientists, workshops and laboratories visits.
EGCE scientists maintain drosophilas collections, and Zaprionus. They rear various breeds of drosophilas, wild type and mutant. A special facility, “l’insectarium” is dedicated to insect rearing in IDEEV.
