On Thursday, May 22, Dr. Pierre-Olivier Maquart appeared before the French Veterinary Academy as part of a public session devoted to entomophagy. Entitled “The edible insect sector, 10 years after the FAO’s “call”, where are we in France?”, this session, coordinated by Dr. Catherine Magras (DMV, Honorary Professor at Oniris – UMR INRAe 1014 Secalim), was held at the French Academy of Agriculture.
