THÈMES DE RECHERCHE

Mes travaux actuels portent sur les mécanismes d’adaptation à travers deux modèles d’étude :

  • des insectes parasitoïdes du genre Cotesia pour lesquels je recherche les composantes du succès reproducteur, notamment liées à l’adaptation à l’hôte
  • des punaises hématophages vectrices de la maladie de Chagas des genres Triatoma et Rhodnius pour lesquelles je m’intéresse au processus d’adaptation au milieu anthropique.

Je mets en œuvre des outils de génétique (cartographie à partir de marqueurs neutres, recherche de QTL), de génomique (assemblage et recherche de gènes d’intérêt) et de transcriptomique (analyse d’expression différentielle).
