Ils les utilisent \u00e9galement pour d\u00e9tecter des mol\u00e9cules li\u00e9es \u00e0 la communication sociale, sexuelle ou intersp\u00e9cifique. Je m&rsquo;int\u00e9resse au fonctionnement de ces neurones, et \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9volution des r\u00e9cepteurs gustatifs et olfactifs en tant que facteurs d&rsquo;adaptation \u00e0 l&rsquo;environnement.\u00a0 Nous d\u00e9veloppons des approches (\u00e9lectrophysiologiques, comportementales, g\u00e9n\u00e9tiques) qui nous permettent de caract\u00e9riser la sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9 et la sensibilit\u00e9 de ces r\u00e9cepteurs \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents ligands.
