Apr\u00e8s une th\u00e8se au laboratoire EGCE (P\u00f4le \u00c9volution et \u00c9cologie encadr\u00e9e par M. Harry et F. Mougel) sur vecteurs de la maladie de Chagas du genre&nbsp;<em>Rhodnius<\/em>, j\u2019ai poursuivi mes recherches \u00e0 l\u2019ISYEB, o\u00f9 j\u2019ai \u00e9tudi\u00e9 l\u2019\u00e9volution du syst\u00e8me chimiosensoriel des col\u00e9opt\u00e8res aquatiques Adephaga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J\u2019utilise des outils bioinformatiques et des m\u00e9thodes de biologie mol\u00e9culaire afin de d\u00e9crypter les m\u00e9canismes g\u00e9nomiques sous-jacents aux adaptations environnementales. Au sein du laboratoire EGCE (P\u00f4le \u00c9volution et G\u00e9nomes), je travaille sur la g\u00e9nomique de diff\u00e9rentes souches d\u2019<em>Hermetia illucens<\/em>, la mouche soldat noire, un excellent mod\u00e8le de domestication avec un fort int\u00e9r\u00eat agroalimentaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"exp\u00e9riences-de-recherche\">Exp\u00e9riences de Recherche<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u00c9volution des g\u00e8nes chimiosensoriels en relation avec la transition du milieu terrestre au milieu aquatique, au sein des col\u00e9opt\u00e8res, par une approche de transcriptomique comparative \u00e0 l\u2019ISYEB (Sorbonne Universit\u00e9, MNHN, EPHE, CNRS, UA) tutor\u00e9 par Pr. Micha\u00ebl Manuel (post-doctorat, juin 2023 &#8211; d\u00e9c. 2024)<\/strong>&nbsp;Assemblage de transcriptomes d\u2019Adephaga (col\u00e9opt\u00e8res) et annotations des transcrits chimiosensoriels. Reconstruction de l\u2019histoire \u00e9volutive par phylog\u00e9nies de familles multig\u00e9niques. Etude d\u2019expression diff\u00e9rentielle de g\u00e8nes chimiosensoriels dans diff\u00e9rents organes chez un grand dytique (<em>Cybister lateralimarginalis<\/em>) avec des donn\u00e9es chez l\u2019adulte et la larve.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Dynamique des g\u00e9nomes et \u00e9volution mol\u00e9culaire des r\u00e9cepteurs chimiosensoriels des vecteurs de la maladie de Chagas du genre\u00a0<em>Rhodnius<\/em>\u00a0\u00e0 l\u2019EGCE (Universit\u00e9 Paris-Saclay, CNRS, IRD) \u00e0 Gif-sur-Yvette encadr\u00e9 par Pr. Myriam HARRY et co-encadr\u00e9e par MCF Florence MOUGEL (th\u00e8se de doctorat, oct. 2019 &#8211; avril 2023)<\/strong>\u00a0\u00c9tude de l\u2019histoire \u00e9volutive des esp\u00e8ces du genre\u00a0<em>Rhodnius<\/em>\u00a0par analyse phylog\u00e9nomique, estimation de la taille des g\u00e9nomes, assemblage et annotation de 13 g\u00e9nomes, \u00e9tude de la dynamique des pertes et gains de g\u00e8nes en lien avec l\u2019habitat, annotation et recherche de s\u00e9lection en lien avec l\u2019habitat sur les g\u00e8nes chimiosensoriels.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"enseignement-et-encadrement-\">Enseignement et encadrement :<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>2023-2024 : Bioinformatique : les outils indispensables (L2 LU2SV381, Sorbonne Universit\u00e9)<\/strong>&nbsp;formation g\u00e9n\u00e9raliste sur le syst\u00e8me d\u2019exploitation Unix\/Linux et ses outils de traitement de donn\u00e9es (12h).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>2020-2022 : Biologie \u00c9volutive (L3 BiolEvol, Universit\u00e9 Paris-Saclay)<\/strong>&nbsp;relations phylog\u00e9n\u00e9tiques entre les taxons, la diversit\u00e9 biologique est mise en relation avec des m\u00e9canismes et des sc\u00e9narios \u00e9volutifs. TP de bioinformatique de construction de phylog\u00e9nies et reconstruction de l\u2019histoire d\u2019une famille multig\u00e9nique, pr\u00e9sentation de diff\u00e9rents outils et bases de donn\u00e9es. (76h)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>2020-2022 : G\u00e9n\u00e9tique des populations (L3 GPQ, Universit\u00e9 Paris-Saclay)<\/strong>&nbsp;TD sur les concepts fondamentaux de g\u00e9n\u00e9tique des populations (pressions \u00e9volutives et r\u00e9gime de reproduction) avec des exemples en biologie de la conservation, \u00e9pid\u00e9miologie, g\u00e9n\u00e9tique humaine et agronomie. (46h)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>2019-2020 : Evolution biologique et \u00e9cologie: de l\u2019organisme aux \u00e9cosyst\u00e8mes (L1 UESV102, Universit\u00e9 Paris-Saclay)<\/strong>&nbsp;TD d\u2019\u00e9cologie avec \u00e9tude de cas, TD de calcul de fr\u00e9quences all\u00e9liques, TP informatique sur l\u2019\u00e9volution des fr\u00e9quences all\u00e9liques sous l\u2019effet des pressions.
