Le logiciel BayesBC en cours de d\u00e9veloppement a pour objectif d&rsquo;exploiter les donn\u00e9es g\u00e9n\u00e9tiques collect\u00e9es lors d&rsquo;op\u00e9ration de lutte biologique pour faire des pr\u00e9dictions et tester des hypoth\u00e8ses sur la dynamique spatiale et l&rsquo;adaptation des agents introduits. Cet outil est d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 dans le cadre de l&rsquo;ARN ABC papogen (Adaptation in Biological Control, parasitoid population genomics, 20012-2016).<br \/>\nUn insecte parasito\u00efde antagoniste de chenilles ravageuses du ma\u00efs en Afrique a \u00e9t\u00e9 introduit au Cameroun. Les individus l\u00e2ch\u00e9s et re-captur\u00e9s apr\u00e8s acclimatation ont \u00e9t\u00e9 g\u00e9notyp\u00e9s. La tache 5 du projet consiste au d\u00e9veloppement d&rsquo;un mod\u00e8le statistique pour d&rsquo;estimer les param\u00e8tres de la dynamique spatiale en fonction de l\u2019environnement \u00e0 partir de donn\u00e9es mol\u00e9culaires g\u00e9or\u00e9f\u00e9renc\u00e9es. Un programme d&rsquo;analyse bayesienne a \u00e9t\u00e9 ecrit pour optimiser un mod\u00e8le de survie-reproduction et dispersion en fonction de couches environnementales.
