Nos mod\u00e8les sont principalement des mod\u00e8les <strong>animaux<\/strong> comme les <strong>Arthropodes<\/strong> (Les dipt\u00e8res inclus les Drosophiles, les gu\u00eapes \u00e0 galles ou les parasito\u00efdes, les cloportes) et les <strong>Amphibiens<\/strong>. Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;organismes mod\u00e8les \u00e9lev\u00e9s au laboratoire ou collect\u00e9s dans la nature. Nous utilisons notre plateau de transgen\u00e8se pour produire des lign\u00e9es de drosophiles g\u00e9n\u00e9tiquement modifi\u00e9es (<em>Drosophila melanogaster<\/em> et autres esp\u00e8ces de drosophile).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-ast-global-color-0-color\">techniques mol\u00e9culair<\/mark><\/strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-ast-global-color-0-color\"><strong>e<\/strong>s<\/mark><\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p>Biologie mol\u00e9culaire, cytologie, biochimie&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\"><strong>G\u00e9nomique et transcriptomique (NGS)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Une grande partie de nos donn\u00e9es correspondent \u00e0 des donn\u00e9es de s\u00e9quen\u00e7age (G\u00e9nomes assembl\u00e9s, sequen\u00e7age a courtes ou longues lectures, S\u00e9que\u00e7age ARN et petits ARN). Certaines donn\u00e9es sont produites au laboratoire, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 notre plateau de s\u00e9quen\u00e7age (Sanger, MinION). Nous utilisons ces donner pour r\u00e9aliser des analyses g\u00e9nomiques compar\u00e9es, des phylogenies, des analyse d&rsquo;\u00e9volution mol\u00e9culaires.
