De l&rsquo;\u00e9tude biog\u00e9ographique, \u00e0 celle du g\u00e9nome, nous cherchons \u00e0 reconstituer l&rsquo;histoire des populations et des esp\u00e8ces par une approche int\u00e9gr\u00e9e incluant l&rsquo;\u00e9volution chromosomique et la g\u00e9nomique des populations, l&rsquo;\u00e9volution du transcriptome en relation avec l&rsquo;adaptation, les conflits g\u00e9n\u00e9tiques et les incompatibilit\u00e9s g\u00e9nomiques, la s\u00e9lection sexuelle et l&rsquo;\u00e9volution des ph\u00e9romones. Quelques questions parmi celles que nous abordons :<\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul-puce\">Pourquoi certaines esp\u00e8ces de drosophiles restent cantonn\u00e9es dans leur zone d&rsquo;origine, parfois tr\u00e8s limit\u00e9e, quand d&rsquo;autres sont capables de coloniser des zones g\u00e9ographiques tr\u00e8s \u00e9tendues et \u00e9cologiquement diversifi\u00e9es ?<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"ul-puce\">Quelles sont les bases g\u00e9n\u00e9tiques de l&rsquo;isolement entre esp\u00e8ces ?
