Par exemple, entre un h\u00f4te et son microbiome, c&rsquo;est l&rsquo;holog\u00e9nome qui s&rsquo;adapte et \u00e9volue. Comment il le fait constituera un de nos centres d&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat. Ensuite, les g\u00e9nomes peuvent atteindre de grandes tailles. Nous nous poserons la question de savoir comment la structure des g\u00e9nomes est affect\u00e9e par la polyplo\u00efdisation et comment sont r\u00e9gul\u00e9s les \u00e9l\u00e9ments qui participent \u00e0 la structure dynamique de ces g\u00e9nomes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-4681 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.egce.universite-paris-saclay.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/09\/test2-300x174.jpg\" alt=\"test2\" width=\"262\" height=\"152\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.egce.universite-paris-saclay.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/09\/test2-300x174.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.egce.universite-paris-saclay.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/09\/test2-768x446.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.egce.universite-paris-saclay.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/09\/test2.jpg 986w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 262px) 100vw, 262px\" \/>La question scientifique que nous souhaitons aborder concerne l&rsquo;\u00e9tude comparative et \u00e9volutive de la complexit\u00e9 de la structure des g\u00e9nomes chez les amphibiens. On peut distinguer trois aspects au sein de l&rsquo;\u00e9tude de cette complexit\u00e9 des g\u00e9nomes :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">les m\u00e9tag\u00e9nomes en tant que communaut\u00e9 de g\u00e9nomes d&rsquo;esp\u00e8ces vivant en \u00e9troite interaction (commensalisme, symbiose, parasitisme &#8230; ),<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">les g\u00e9nomes de tailles extr\u00eames et l&rsquo;\u00e9nigme de la valeur C (polyplo\u00efdisation, re-diplo\u00efdisation, chromosomes B, ADN r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9 &#8230;)<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">et la dynamique du g\u00e9nome (chromosomes B, mosa\u00efcisme au sein d&rsquo;un individu, transfert horizontal polymorphismes, r\u00e9arrangements germinaux-somatiques ).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Quelles sont les histoires de vie fa\u00e7onnant la complexit\u00e9 des g\u00e9nomes est une question qui peut se poser aujourd&rsquo;hui avec de nouvelles donn\u00e9es \u00e0 port\u00e9e de main.
