Nous travaillons sur des mod\u00e8les d\u2019insectes ayant des impacts positifs sur le bien-\u00eatre humain, tels que les insectes pollinisateurs, les insectes comestibles et les ennemis naturels des insectes nuisibles, et \u00e9galement des impacts n\u00e9gatifs tels que les ravageurs des cultures et les vecteurs de parasites des mammif\u00e8res. Les objectifs sont d\u2019identifier les m\u00e9canismes qui sous-tendent les r\u00e9ponses de ces insectes aux pressions biotiques et abiotiques, et de pr\u00e9dire les impacts et retroactions sur les changements globaux dans une perspective de gestion et de conservation. Dans ce contexte, nous \u00e9tudions l\u2019\u00e9cologie d\u2019insectes comestibles, l\u2019\u00e9cologie des abeilles \u00e0 travers des approches exp\u00e9rimentales et empiriques ainsi que l\u2019impact de ravageurs exotiques sur des populations d\u2019insectes natifs incluant les parasito\u00efdes et sur des populations de proies natives (interaction frelon asiatique \u2013 abeilles mellif\u00e8res).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2 \u2014 Adaptation des insectes aux environnements anthropis\u00e9s<\/strong>&nbsp;: certaines actions anthropiques conduisent \u00e0 la r\u00e9duction des habitats naturels et \u00e0 l\u2019invasion d\u2019esp\u00e8ces pouvant affecter l\u2019agriculture et la sant\u00e9 humaine. Nous \u00e9tudions en particulier l\u2019adaptation \u00e0 l\u2019h\u00f4te chez les parasito\u00efdes utilis\u00e9s en lutte biologique, l\u2019\u00e9volution de l\u2019adaptation du r\u00e9gime alimentaire des pr\u00e9dateurs comme des Coccinellidae et les processus de domiciliation d\u2019insectes vecteurs de maladies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3 \u2014 Mod\u00e9liser la r\u00e9ponse des insectes aux changements globaux<\/strong>&nbsp;: dans un contexte de changements globaux, il est difficile de disposer de mod\u00e8les de pr\u00e9diction de la r\u00e9ponse individuelle et populationnelle des insectes. Pour y rem\u00e9dier, nous mod\u00e9lisons la ph\u00e9nologie des insectes (ex.&nbsp;: ravageurs de cultures) et la dispersion spatio-temporelle des populations d\u2019insectes \u00e0 partir de donn\u00e9es exp\u00e9rimentales ou participatives sur les climats, paysages et pratiques culturales. Nous utilisons \u00e9galement la mod\u00e9lisation en combinaison avec des donn\u00e9es de terrain comme un outil d\u2019aide \u00e0 la d\u00e9cision pour la gestion environnementale et pour l\u2019analyse de sc\u00e9narios complexes \u00e0 exp\u00e9rimenter sur le terrain comme la combinaison de stress multiples.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4 \u2014 R\u00f4le fonctionnel des insectes dans les agro\u00e9cosyst\u00e8mes<\/strong>&nbsp;: par leurs fonctions \u00e9cologiques, les insectes d\u00e9terminent l\u2019\u00e9quilibre dynamique des \u00e9cosyst\u00e8mes. Ces services et dis-services sont cl\u00e9s pour la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 alimentaire et la sant\u00e9 humaine. Nous \u00e9tudions leur r\u00e9silience en analysant conjointement les services de pollinisation rendu pas les insectes et les dis-services li\u00e9s aux ravageurs dans les syst\u00e8mes agricoles et
